"On 2/9/2011, I called Heritage Chevrolet and talked with service representative Mr. Donnie Foster. He made an appointment for 1430 hours to have my 2008 Tahoe serviced. I requested a oil and filter change, in addition to having the drivers inside door handle replaced. The door handle had a defect that caused it to cut my fingers when opening the drivers door. My contact by phone and in person with Mr. Foster was an excellent experience. His knowledge and experence with vehilces, his demeanor and his professionalism greeting and serving me and others is very refreshing as a customer. We went over the weekend and test drove at a local dealer (we are all the way in Newport News) and unfortunately decided that the Equinox is not for us. However, we shopped 4 different models/brands of cars, so we probably received 50 emails from salesmen. By far, yours was the most professional, friendly, and detailed. Further, you were the ONLY person to offer to order a vehicle for us if we couldn't find what we wanted on your lot.
